Richardson.  "Her experience as a radio and television personality, make T.C. an excellent addition as we move forward to make TV-13 a more valuable resource to Washington, D.C.  Her enormous popularity in the city will not only be an asset to the channel but a way for residents to hear and see the views of the City Council.

T.C. will continue part time on-air duties on ABC/Citadel's WJZW Smooth Jazz 105.9.
